Sidewalk Sale 2006 was held in downtown Scarsdale on Thursday, August 3rd; Friday, August 4th; and Saturday, August 5th
Despite the horrible heat Thursday, we kicked off the sale with a bang. Thanks to all the members for another successful event.
The Scarsdale Fire Department pulled out all the stops to make the sweltering heat bearable for the shoppers and participants by providing a misting tent and fan as well as sno-cones.
The Scarsdale Police Department did a wonderful job keeping the traffic flow smooth.
Our family entertainment on Saturday, August 5th was another success - thanks to all of our sponsors:
Houlihan Lawrence Real Estate and The Scarsdale Chamber Of Commerce made it possible for Scarsdale's own Jimmy Fink and 107.1 The Peak's Prize Van to make an appearance and to heavily publicize the event on air.
Gilbert & Hubard's Solar Powered Menagerie of Wonderments made a return appearance to the delight of the children thanks in part to Ginsburg Development Companies, LLC and HSBC bank.

Wilson & Son Jewelers, along with Ginsburg Development Companies, LLC, made it possible for Virginia Mesones and Felipe Piedrahita to return this year as elegant Angel Living Statues.
Face painter extraordinaire Gina Allison, of Cirque du Jour, was sponsored by Coldwell Banker Doernberg.
Banjo Rascals returned to Chase Park thanks to their sponsor Ginsburg Development Companies, LLC.

The Beagles, a Beatles cover band, made their Scarsdale debut in Chase Park thanks in part to Equinox Fitness.
